The hotel offered a charming stay in the heart of Old Quebec, with clean rooms and friendly staff. However, navigating narrow hallways with luggage was a bit cumbersome, and the lack of a reliable valet service was disappointing. Overall, it's a cozy option for exploring the city's beauty.

During my stay, I appreciated the help from the staff in accommodating my dietary needs during meals. The attention to detail made my experience smooth and worry-free as I navigated through gluten-free options.
I found the noise from the hallway and neighboring rooms distracting, which impacted my quiet time.

For the adventurous crowd
The front desk was super helpful, really went above and beyond to solve a little issue I had on arrival. I stumbled into a great little corner in the bar area that had some killer live jazz – made my evenings special.
Not exactly bargain basement pricing, but given the quality, it was tolerable.
