Old-fashioned hotel with efficient stuff. Efficient, excellant staff towards all guests.
The bathroom I had was very small.
Overall it was fairly quiet and gorgeous with great views. We were in an unbeatable and pleasant location not too far from a Canadian museum.
The place was quaint and fairly clean, it had great staff and location. The staff were excellent and efficient, everything was very good. The room was well-appointed and perfectly clean with bath, great views, as example $ 389.
We ate at an excellent restaurant for breakfast. Attentive staff, everything was really good.
It is in an unbeatable and phenomenal location with excellent views. Courteous staff in reservation and restaurant, everything is great.
Loved the location. It is close to all the important places to visit in Quebec City, and the fact that it has history.
The room where we stayed didn't have a fridge, and the bed was too hard for comfort. These are minor things that could've made our stay a lot more pleasant.
Location in the old town of Quebec City. Excellent cuisine with excellent bilingual service in the hotel restaurant. Close to Museum of Civilization, art galleries, boutique shopping, and small classic French restaurants. Great staff - all of them were very accommodating.
Building was an old, small, probably historic hotel a bit down at the heels. (Room window was dirty and not able to be opened despite having latches; queen bed was of a low quality) . Room and bathroom were small and cramped.
Being close to the downtown area and a short walkaway from all the activities of Old Quebec was great, we did not need to take the car to get around. While we stayed there, we enjoy a live band playing smooth jazz music in a comfortable lounge area which finished the evening on a great note ; )
The morning brunch, which was a buffet, was quite expensive for what was offered.
Loved the Victorian feel to the hotel lobby. Staff was wonderful. Loved location - very convenient.
The hotel itself was beautiful, but the staff made us feel very welcome and were extremely helpful whenever we asked for tips or advice during our stay.
Was not expecting scaffolding outside the entrance, took away from the visual appeal.
The Hotel staff was very helpful and pleasant. The location was great in relation to the Carnival events and the hotel was representative of the culture in the city.
I didn't like the 4 p.m. check in time and the hotel restaurant was a little pricey for breakfast.
Excellent location; near the old city, near shopping, near to the major events of Carnaval. Excellent restaurants, and a lot of them, within a 15 minute walk.
You have a beautiful, quaint hotel that fits in so well with the charm of the old town surrounding it. We were taken with the beautiful, old fashioned lobby and front desk. The staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful. We will definitely be back...but in warmer weather!
The cold temperatures, which no one, not even your competent staff could change!
Excellent and prompt service. Friendly staff.
unable to access room before 4 pm. large student trip table set up in small but otherwise cozy and classy lobby area
The location is great to visit the Old Quebec and the service is excellent.
